Kick-Off Call

3–5 business days after the Kick Off Email
Requirements and/or Information

An Implementation Engineer will answer any questions about the FDConnect portal and Direct Routing setup.

Key topics:

  • Direct Routing setup.
  • Porting discussion.
  • Scheduling a “Go Live” date and meeting.
    Go Live meetings can be scheduled between the hours of 8AM and 5PM MST.
