Thank you for choosing FirstDigital!

We’re glad to have you, and we want to ensure a smooth start with your new voice services. Here’s what to expect.

Steps in the process

Timeframes below are typical, and measured from the milestone noted for each step.

1

Step 1: Order Submitted

1–2 business days after documents are signed
Requirements & information
  • Signed Scope of Work (SOW) — allows our engineers to begin working immediately.
  • For ports larger than 1,500 numbers, a signed Letter of Agreement (LOA) is required.
2

Step 2: Kick-Off Emails

3–5 business days after order entry
Requirements & information
  • The first email from Julie Sackett includes a guide for setting up direct routing.
  • The second email introduces your project manager and contact.

Key topics:

  • Direct Routing setup.
  • Porting discussion.
  • Scheduling a “Go Live” date and meeting.
