An Implementation Engineer will answer any questions about the FDConnect portal and Direct Routing setup.
Key topics:
- Direct Routing setup.
- Porting discussion.
- Scheduling a “Go Live” date and meeting.
Go Live meetings can be scheduled between the hours of 8AM and 5PM MST.

Step 5: Go Live
Scheduled during the Kick-Off Call, confirmed once FOC is approvedRequirements & information
- You choose and execute the Go Live date — unless the port exceeds 1,500 numbers or our Translations Team assists.
