Configuring Cloud Connected PSTN in Control Hub

Step-by-step instructions for selecting FirstDigital as your Cloud Connected PSTN (CCP) provider and configuring phone numbers in Cisco Webex Control Hub.

Overview: To set up Cloud Connected PSTN, select Cloud Connected PSTN as your connection type, choose FirstDigital as your CCP provider, and assign your provisioned phone numbers directly within Control Hub.

Access Control Hub & Navigate to Locations

Sign in to your Cisco Webex Control Hub portal with administrator credentials.

  • In the left-hand navigation panel under MANAGEMENT, click on Locations.

Select Location & Set PSTN Connection Type

Choose the specific site location you want to configure for Cloud Connected PSTN:

  • Click on the specific location you want to configure.
  • Go to the Calling sub-menu tab and click Manage (or Set up calling) under PSTN connection.

  • In the modal window, select Cloud Connected PSTN as your Connection Type.

Select Provider

Select your assigned Cloud Connected PSTN provider:

  • Choose FirstDigital from the list of certified providers.
  • Click Next.

Add Phone Numbers

Enter the direct inbound dialing (DID) numbers provisioned for your site:

  • Click Add Numbers Now.
  • Enter the phone numbers obtained from FirstDigital (separate multiple numbers using commas).
  • Click Save.
  • Click Close on the Summary page.

Verify Added DIDs

Confirm that the phone numbers were added successfully:

  • In the main navigation menu under SERVICES, navigate to Calling > Numbers.
  • Verify that all newly added DIDs are listed.
