Setting up International Calling

   

Summary

   

Enable or disable international calling ability on a number.

   

Before you begin

   
     

If you enable international calling on a number with Calling Party Number Translation, both numbers must be enabled for International Calling, or calls will fail.

   
   

How to

   

Enable international calling

   
  1.      
  2. Go to Inventory > select your UC solution > DID or Toll‑free, or use the quick link. The Manage Inventory page displays.

  3. The Manage Inventory page displays.        
    1.          
    2. To quickly enable international calling for one number, continue to step 3.          
    3. To enable international calling for multiple numbers, skip to step 4.        
               
  4. Click the grey international calling icon for the number you want to manage. Skip to step 7.

  5. Select the checkbox for the numbers you want to manage.      
  6. In the Action drop-down, select International Calling > Add.      
  7. Click Apply.

  8. The Add International Calling page displays. Verify that your selected numbers are available. Click Next.

  9. A new field displays with a final list of numbers. Only available numbers will be listed. Select Allow Domestic/National and any International destinations in the Criteria drop-down.      
  10. Click Submit.

  11. The Manage Inventory page displays with a confirmation message. To view the status of your request, hover over the international calling icon in the Features column of your submitted numbers.

  12. The feature icon displays orange when your request is received and being processed.      
  13. The feature icon displays green when your request is complete.

International calling is now enabled on the selected numbers.

   

Disable international calling

   
  1.
